Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days and ship shortly after. Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
Q: Where do your products ship from?
A: Our products are printed and shipped by trusted print partners across the U.S. to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Most of our apparel is available in sizes XS–3XL. Be sure to check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Since each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or printing error. If something’s wrong with your order, reach out to us at chris@threadandsaltco.com within 7 days of delivery.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Orders begin processing right away, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet! For now, we only ship within the U.S., but we hope to expand soon.
Q: Are your shirts pre-shrunk?
A: Our shirts are made from high-quality cotton or blended fabrics, but we always recommend washing cold and hanging dry to prevent shrinkage and preserve print quality.
Q: How do I care for my apparel?
A: Wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low, and avoid ironing directly on the design.
